Many form and envelope sizes are available but, for both the most cost effective Print Buying and efficient ESP Processing the following is recommend:
Typical Kit Contents Include: Form with tear-off response device, Outer Window Envelope and Remittance Envelope
	Form:	Size: 8-1/2" x 11" with tear-off response portion (8-1/2" x 3-1/2") at top or bottom Paper: 24# MOCR Bond or 60# Offset
	Outer Envelope:	Size: #10 Standard Window Envelope Paper: 24# White Wove
	Remittance Envelope:	#9 Regular Envelope Size: Paper: 24# White Wove

	Design Considerations	Omega and ESP will guide you through the design process. As of June 2006 all ESP Client's enjoy FREE design services. (Of course, we also welcome your furnished art files.)

	Form Concepts	Multi-Purpose Form A Generic pre-printed form the content of which may be completely altered via ESP when laser printing data according to the need of your Mail Effort.

		Efffort Specific Form A form that has been uniquely printed to support a particular Mail Effort

	Outer Envelope	Generic Design A common design used for all Mail Efforts

		Effort Specific Design Usually has a specific "action" message

	Remittance Envelope	Business Reply Postage is paid for response

		Courtesy Reply Postage is NOT paid but envelope is provided
