What is the most common number of
minutes on a PhoneCard?
10-minutes has been the most popular, as it has a very high perceived value at
an affordable price.
Can there be different numbers of
minutes on the PhoneCards?
Yes. For example, some cards can have 10-minutes while others have 15-minutes,
within the same PhoneCard order.
How is the Voice Prompt supplied?
It’s easy - just fax over the script and we will professionally record it. Or,
if you’d like, send us a cassette of a special recording you would like to use
(e.g. a celebrity voice). Remember, Voice Prompts are free.
How long should the Voice Prompt be?
The recommended length is 8 seconds. Remember, the Voice Prompt reinforces the
message every time the cardholder uses the PhoneCard.
 What’s
on the back of the PhoneCard?
The back contains the dialing instructions along with customer
service/recharging info, and the expiration date.
Do you send over-runs or under-runs?
Each card has its own PIN number. Therefore, we deliver the exact quantity of
cards ordered.
