transport. Single strip of tape often wonders off of flap. (In previous
shipments we've often found carton bottoms open) 2. Loose flap the may be easily snagged, torn and contents damaged. |
1. Please note problem and bring to
attention of shipping/packaging staff. 2. Credit requested for damaged items (1500 envelopes) 3. Also, please pick-up 3 damaged cartons to be repacked or forward 3 outer cartons and labels for repacking of damaged cartons (For Omega to handle there will be a $3.00 per box repack charge). |

were used for packaging did not hold up for re-use and are inappropriate for
for redistribution from our warehouse 2. Cartons not taped well. Single strip broken upon arrival. |

product 2. Or, provide new cartons and labels for Omega to repack. (For Omega to handle there will be a $3.00 per box repack charge). Omega will advise if any damaged product is found during repack. |
